Absa paid up account , Wrong credit score

I paid my Absa vehicle account in full but it still shows arrears in Experian , all the credit bearue has updated my score and profile except Experian , when I called them nobody answered I also sent an email with the paid up letter nobody respond to my email , now I can't be able to buy a car because of my credit score , am so disappointed Experian service is very poor , Please Update my score
