A company that never replies to anyone it seems

Wish i could place lower than one star. I doubt this comment will even get a response as the general comments i see listed here are the same as my own. Nothing but ignoring of any communication whatsoever. Does this company have staff at all or do they just not know how to read emails in order to reply? I am odds with how to get in touch with this company in any way shape or form as all forms of communication gets ignored. sent emails from private email address from my work email and still nothing rep**** on enquires asking for feedback but still nothing other than the automated replies. Convinced they do not have staff and if they do they paying them for nothing as they clearly not doing there jobs. Next step is the Ombuds as I think they may be the only people who may get a reply on the matter.
