A bunch of useless credit rating

This credit rating agency is useless and in most cases it does ruin people's lives,for the past couple of months I was livid with how they don't update accounts that when you check with Transunion, your payments are up to date,they are useless and should cease to exist,since August last year,I am able to log in into their site but I don't see anything on the score,it gives an error,I wrote an email to their customer services in December on the 12/12/2024 and all I got was a reference number and no action till today,their dumb reference of MM-517752 is the only thing they sent and went Awol,they're useless,maybe its because they're based in Stellenbosch and they think they can do as they pleas,useless credit rating
