705 to 740 AI BOT Laura De Carvalho / thabo herm****

This place is useless. I have one of the best scores in the country (Praise God)

I had a 11 point drop this last month.

They keep referring to the points system changed. Yes it did IN JANUARY 2023!!!!!!

Seems like the place is run by automated AI bot responses. I responded to the email and got exactly the same emailed response verbatim back as the first one I challenged.

Laura De Carvalho, who I am getting the dumb emails from does not read emails, does not have a brain or is a badly run bot. Laura De Carvalho has no LinkedIn or Facebook presence, so is a bot or fears for her life due to giving bad service.

I have asked someone to call THAT HAS A BRAIN, but we have DEAF ears or NO BRAINS as I have received no call back.

Will Thabo Herm**** give me a call back. He has a LinkedIn profile and hopefully a brain with logic.

They did scores on companies before. Now they think they can rate individuals as well.

How can I get hold of their regulator?

I have sent about 5 emails to DEBRA to call me back. NO REPLY. NO RESPONSE.

IS DEBRA A BOT OR UNMANNED EMAIL ADDRESS.

If not, we all pray nothing happened to Debra, because she is AWOL.

After DEBRA (note her real name) actually called me and apologized (not sincere), she agreed to do an investigation and give me feedback the next day. Well we are a WEEK down the line and Debra is AWOL once again. I sent another email.

TODAY I GET A EMAIL FROM PATRICIA WHO SENDS ME THE SAME GENERIC NON SENSE EMAIL ONCE AGAIN.

MR Thabo Her ma nus do I visit you at your Stellenbosch office to get a resolve. Do I just start screaming Thabo or Debra when I get to reception?
