3 Months to update information and get a credit report

<p>For the past 3 months i have been trying to access my credit report from Experian.</p> <p>They keep asking for me to send them my ID copy and Proof of residence, I sent this through almost 5 times already, and I have asked for feedback about 20 times.</p> <p>All I need is my credit report and my user login details to be updated as I ave changed jobs, but nothing.</p> <p>why is ths so diffciult.</p> <p>I just need my credit report and my user details updated so I may access my profile, can this really take 3 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really!!!!</p> <p>NO service what so ever.</p> <p> </p>
