21 days turns into 3 months (no response)

Experian have completely depressed me and left my family hopeless. On the 17th June 2021 they were sent a clearance certificate from Credix (Kuda) Debt review confirming that all obligations had been attended to and that i should been removed from debt review. We were advised that it should take 21 days. It is now the 28th of September 2021 the banks are still flagging me as not cleared therefore declining any application for home loan finance. between June 2021 and today there has been in excess of 5 follow up emails and over 10 calls to Experian (the average waiting time on a call is 45 minutes) No response to email. Yesterday i finally got a hold of Sesethu Jongile who tried to assist and confirmed that the first mail was received on the 17th of June 2021 (From Credix) , she further advised that the "payment cycle" was not updated by Experian and referred me to Rofhiwa Phongowana and Leah Ramooroka and requested clearance. Given that this has been three months we request all parties to confirm receipt of the latest email, with zero success. I would like to note that i have been clear everywhere else but Experian. The banks are declining all applications and advising that Experian are the problem. The debt review manager has also confirmed that all his issues on clearances are with Experian , there’s no accountability. Why is there no feedback loop? Why is everyone not responding , we all work from home and there is a certain level of performance we need to keep up. I need help , my family needs help with this
