20 days turnaround time turns out to be more profile still flagged

I logged a dispute with experian on the 17 augast 2025 i recieved an email stating that my dispute was received and they will provide feedback within 72 hours which i did not then a month later on the 4th of September 2025 i recieved an email stating that the dispute was identified and logged and they have 20 days to investigate and my profile is flagged i wanted to understand the turn around time why did it take long for experian to inn wati ans only came back to me after 3 weeks id *** reference EXP***7-CD40023
