2 years to remove a cell c dispute with a provided last statement and paid up letter.

I am extremely frustrated to the way my requests have been handled with regards to an account query whereby it shows on my clearscore that i have an open account with Cell C. This is dating back from november 2020, and i wait 20 days for the dispute to be settled and to be removed from my account as i have provided Experian with a paid up letter and the last statement i received so it doesnt affect my clearscore and i still have not had this removed. This is unacceptable and ******** that my credit score is being affected by something that is no longer active and is closed. last year again i sent another email and a request to settle this dispute but with no further action. march this year i sent another paid up letter and i understand it has been 10 working days but i have been waiting 2 years which is 730 days and i need this item removed from my credit rating immediately.

absolutely pathetic that a person has to go these extremes so that people can actually have a good record.

i have email proof should it be needed.
