2 Year old data on my credit report.
My FNB One Account was closed in January 2013, but Experian have yet to update their records. My Credit Report on their site (which is accessed by the S.A banks) shows an open account status with a massive balance, in arrears, although the account was closed and the outstanding balance subsequently paid in full.
I am now unable to apply for even a current account with FNB due to this report flagging me.
ITC, Compuscan and the other Credit Rating companies have got my profile as squeaky clean, highly rated, but thanks for Experian - I am stuck. No mails are responded to, It feels like they just don't care.
