129 Days With No Resolution // Ruined Potential

Credit rating is crucial, incorrect and outdated information have the potential to ruin a persons dreams, families, livelihoods, careers and future.

I have been struggling for 129 Days (91 Business Days) to update my records. All relevant documents have been sent in the prescribed manner and yet it still remains outdated. The current 91 Days is more than 4 times the prescribed time as per NCA. The lack of response and service has caused irreparable damage and more so with each passing day.

Each phone call takes about an average of 35 minutes to be answered, if it gets answered, insincere unprofessional assistance is provided.

I have made countless calls, sent numerous emails with no resolution.
