116 + pages of complaints, no wonder - the service is TERRIBLE TERIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

Worse service ever, no wonder they have more than 116 pages of complaints. One just gets absolutely nowhere with these people. The information they have are not verified and they just don't bother, you can send mail after mail after mail and they just keep on having a different request for you to do every time. It has taken me more than 3 weeks now, sending statements and proof of payments. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!
