1 year paid up accounts still showing on the report

Experian is just full of ****. You can write them email a million times to no avail. You try to call, no one picks up the phone. Been living with two accounts I settled a year ago but they are always on the report. M credit score is in shambles because people are failing to do their job. This is nothing but insane.
