1 Star too many

I am lost for words. I have spent over R 400.00 in airtime today.

I am trying to apply for a bond to buy a house. I am a young working professional.

Experian has me listed under debt review. I am not under debt review. Experian does not answer its phone or respond to emails. What can I do to fix this problem? Must I fly to one of your offices?

This really is very upsetting. The other bureaus have not got me listed under debt review. But Absa and Standard bank have rejected my application thanks to you.

From these reviews it seems impossible to solve the problem.

Any suggestions from other reviewers? Is it possible to lay a case against them, do I need to get lawyers involved? It seems like this is going to cost me a lot of money due to their incompetency.
