POOR SERVICE

I bought a Smar****ch 2 just over a year ago, which BTW, I also complaint on here for poor service! On 6 of Aug I requested the faulty watch to be repaired. I received a return authorization from them to send the item back for repair. I had to pay the courier costs to get the item back to them BTW. I followed up on the repair and on 29 Sept they said they will refund me and I sent them my Bank Details immediately. On 28 Oct I followed up to find out why I was not refunded. They said I should have had the money by 16 Oct. No money was paid to my account and my bank details supp**** was correct. Still waiting for my money...???
