Late delivery of smartphone

I bought a Galaxy Prime Core online on [URL Removed] or same as Espansys south africa i ordered on 30 april but i paid the amount on the 4 May , when i call them they said phone is from Uk so i would be shipped to SA or give me other options to other something on stock, i am tired of waiting i even afraid to buy other stuff from their webpage they so irresponsible.
