Account debited without consent

For months now I've been trying to unsubscribe from them, and every month they just deduct money from my account. I don't have an account with them and I've canceled many times, it just auto renews. I would suggest to not use their services, it's a pain to get all your money back once it's been deducted and then you're not even sure if next month will be the same thing again.
