So Execuspecs not REALLY on all Discovery plans as the banners say...

I visited Execuspecs since I am with Discovery and Execuspecs have these BIG Discovery banners covering half their window.

I also checked on their website and it says "Not for Keycare members" so all is good since I am on a Smart Plan.

My daughter went first, all seemed good as the branch said Discovery had paid.

Then my wife wife as well, Discovery did not pay... it seems the first time it was paid from my bank account and not from the medical aid plan.

It seems Execuspecs also not covered for SMART plans. This information would have been very useful up-front.

So now I have to pay an additional R599?
