What a disgrace
I am furious I bought my frame and lenses at Hermanus branch May 2026... the lense fell out two weeks ago while walking in my house took it back and now I received it with lense not sitting in the frame but outside. Its shocking.i paid alot of money and shocked!

I recommend Execuspecs Kolonnade
I had my new reading glasses done at Execuspecs in the Kolonnade in Pretoria. I am very happy with their service. Very friendly staff that works there. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my glasses were ready for collection. It is my second time doing business with them and they are awesome every time.

Four-week delay for contact lenses – still waiting for my refund
I ordered and paid for contact lenses at the Execuspecs Kolonnade branch. After waiting four weeks, I still had not received my order and was not given a clear explanation for the delay, despite following up. I eventually contacted the branch and requested a refund because I felt the delay was unreasonable. I have now been told that the refund will take another three days to process. As a customer, I find it disappointing that I had to wait four weeks without receiving my order, and now I have to wait even longer just to get my money back. I expected better communication and faster service from a well-known company. I hope Execuspecs processes my refund within the timeframe they promised. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.

Lunatti at Bedford Centre, AWSOME!
I dealt with Lunatti at Execuspecs, at Bedford Centre, Bedfordview, as one of the rubber feet had come off my nose clip on my glasses and was cutting into me. Not ony did she replce it for me super quick, she also gave me a spare one, just in case! Service like this just needs to be advertised. Thank you
