****med by Execuspecs Bryanston. The offer "Kids right to Good Sight" on their page is a farce as they do not acknowledge it. When asked I was told, they only do it for 4 kids a month and Though I booked online for a Test seeing the Offer. They still charged me R550 for the Eye Test for my 10 year old daughter. They sent me quote for a very expensive frames and glasses which i refused and went to Specsavers with the Prescription which happily obliged the "Kids Right to Good Sight Offer" and they want to test her eye for free and even offered discounted Pairs of Glasses. Stay away from EXECUSPECS BRYANSTON Also the ladies at the reception are too Rude.Their behavipur changed as soon as they realize we are not ordering specs from them. However the Optometrist Ms Lise Homan is very nice and friendly.
This is truly concerning to hear, and is not how we do things at Execuspecs! Our head office representative has stepped in, and is urgently attending to this matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
