Refund

I am not happy with how this branch is handling my refund till this far , It literally took them a month now for them to refund my money that I had laybuyd" a frame with, they took back my frame back to the display yet they never came to me and notify me wors or even process the whole refund , can someone address this please before it gets out of hand
