Poor service & Poor quality

Received VERY POOR service and quality glasses from Execuspecs Kolonnade Montana. Handed my husbands glasses in because lenses were milky (cracking) and difficult to clean. After consistent follow up and visiting store and talking to the manager at least 3x a week we get no joy. Was again promised that it will be redone and at the store on friday 9th October and again promised that the courier / lady from the lab will deliver today, NOTHING HAPPENED. This is after exactly 7 weeks waiting for glasses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
