Poor service delivery and transparency

I used this facillity in 2018, the optometrist was Lize Potgieter. I had superb service.02/03/2018 Before testing I told them what I required and they confirmed they could deliver. In 2020, 03/07/2020 I returned obviously expecting the great service again. What a disaster, after the optometrist Rose tested my eyes she declared she cannot delivervthe frames I require, which are identical to the previous prescriptions. With alot of searching she announced they had sourced the required frame. I therefore told them to proceed. On delivery of the spectacles, one was correct, but they chose to issue a different frame on the second pair which is impractical for me to utilise. There was no forewarning about this. On receipt of the spectacles I complained and was assured they will sort it out. It has taken 3 months for Rose to decide to collect the spectacle, which I have not used at all and to reimburse my med aid. I therefore have to start this whole process again due to arrogance from Kayla and Rose. Note Kayla was present in 2018. And they had my particulars on file. Shame on this establishment
