POOR POOR SERVICE EXECUSPEC

I will not put my face near this place again EXECISPEC CANAL WALK. The lack of communication is next level ***********. I was told that my new lenses would be availble the next week after my eye test were done. I get there only to end up in an argument that was wrong with one of the staff. I was told that I will receive an SMS or Phone call when it will be ready. This was not communicated to me on the day I signed otherwise would not have gone to the store to collect my lenses. I then get my SMS a day late and I go back on a Monday about 5.30pm to end up with another argument with same person who says to me to come back the next day because the techmician who suppose to fit my lenses is going home. My lenses were not free EXECUSPEC I am paying for them.
