Pathetic service

This galleria branch is absolutely pathetic. The reception has no idea what they are doing and when u ask to speak to the owner she is not avail. Sadly the owner has no idea how pathetic the staff is. This will be the last I deal with them. They cannot speak on telephone and take the wrong orders my lens arrived and they never called. When I call they ask me for full details and still have no clue whom they speak to. This is a pathetic place and it’s sad the reception is the reason why many people never return
