Four-week delay for contact lenses – still waiting for my refund

I ordered and paid for contact lenses at the Execuspecs Kolonnade branch. After waiting four weeks, I still had not received my order and was not given a clear explanation for the delay, despite following up.

I eventually contacted the branch and requested a refund because I felt the delay was unreasonable. I have now been told that the refund will take another three days to process.

As a customer, I find it disappointing that I had to wait four weeks without receiving my order, and now I have to wait even longer just to get my money back. I expected better communication and faster service from a well-known company.

I hope Execuspecs processes my refund within the timeframe they promised. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.
