Execuspecs pathetic service.

I went to execuspec in The Glen shopping centre for glasses for my daughter and I. I enquired on a number of occasions about the two for one offer that they are offering. The ‘receptionist’ is completely *********** and if she was working for me I would have fired her long time ago. I was told my glasses would take 14 days for my new glasses to arrive but when I enquired about my glasses 14 days later this *********** receptionist told me it takes 14 working days. If she had told me this in the first place I would have gone to a more reputable and competent company. I also enquired from the same useless woman about sunglasses and explained to the retard THREE times that I’m blind in my one eye and the bluetec coating could only be app**** to one lens and applying it to both lenses is a waste of time and money. SHE ONCE AGAIN PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME THREE TIMES!!!!!!!! Rather go to Spec Savers or any other optometrist. Even if you have to drive 20 kilometres out of your way, as long as you get the service!!!!!
