EXECUSPECS CRADDLESTONE MALL

I ordered a pair of contact lenses from ExecuSpecs Craddlestone Mall in September 2018, I was told they needed to order them from Oz due to my stigmatism on my left eye, 8 weeks later I get a trial pair, the right one was not so comfortable so they had to order a new pair. 3rd week of December 2018 I get a call from the practice that my lenses are ready for collection, I was out of town and I went to collect first week of January 2019. Upon arrival, no one could find my lenses and they took my numbers down & were meant to call me back! Fast forward to 23rd January 2019, I call the practice, the receptionist tells me he will get the owner to call me, to which he does & has arrogance the size of the MALL! He gives me some excuse about those lenses being ordered in Australia and that they charge them for it! Mind you, very oblivious to the fact that his practice called & said they were ready for collection. I question him about that he tells me that after two months they have to return them back....I point it out to him that its a matter of weeks, 3rd week December and I was there to collect first week in January....he insists, that they cant order those lenses without someone having to pay for them! I question why he is telling me this now...now that I am questioning him about it....given that I am the one who had to chase them up on it, and I am a paying client! He was rude, and frankly I am inclined to believe that he has no sense of running a business, he did not see anything wrong in the manner in which this was conducted and he told me to take my business somewhere else, to which I rep****.....GLADLY SO!!!! A loser he is..... Completely disgusted and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
