Do not go there!

I went to Execuspecs Bryanston almost four weeks ago where I was told that they would order trial contact lenses for me. After contacting them more than six times to ask when I can expect to collect them, I was finally told that the supplier takes six weeks to deliver. However, they had told me previously that one of the lenses had arrived so how is that possible? I have never experienced a delay in getting trial contact lenses in the 25 years I have used contact lenses. I'm also disappointed that the Optometrist did not make me aware of this. I am so frustrated that I used my Optometry allowance at Execuspecs (I used them because of location) and I wish I had used my previous Optometrist who had trial contacts available in four days.
