Bad Service

My specs is broken I took it to Execuspecs and they said they bwyond repair they can't fix them and its more than a year since I have them and I don't have insurance. What ****es me off they never offer insurance to me imagine 12 000 gone just like that. Just imagine I just discover from a volleague that insurance is a once off money and could have taken insurance if they offered
