You Get What You Pay For

<p>The Good</p> <p>I used Excuss Logistics to move to my new home. Their quote was the cheapest of the 7 I searched for, and they did not require lengthly inventory lists before providing a quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>A sufficient number of men came to do the move and they brought protective coverings with them, as the quote stated. They were quick, relatively careful, and efficient. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The Inbetween</p> <p>I requested the quote at 19h00. After receving it I immediately received a call from Excuss Logistics asking if I had received the quote and if I was happy with it. One might say they showed initiative, but I say it's completely inappropriate to call a person at 19h00 for business matters.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The Bad</p> <p>Excuss Logistics asked me if we could reschedule my move by 2 hours. They contacted me to ask this the afternoon before the move. I evaluated the situation and called back to tell them I could not change the time as there would be knock-on effects. </p> <p>Despite this, Excuss Logistics STILL came 1.5 hours late!</p>
