WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
It's been 3 weeks and my stuff has still not been delivered. The staff does not communicate and when you call them they will give you excuses on top of excuses at to why they cannot deliver.
They keep telling me that the trucks have a problem and the lack of communication does not aid. This is my first time using Excuss Logistics following a high recommendation and this is the type of service they offer?
I just hope they will eventually deliver my stuff. If there is anyone who can help please comment below.
3 weeks of waiting a delivery is highly unacceptable.
Good luck to anyone who is gonna try to use their services in the future.
