Worst Experience ever Excuss Logistics

Worst experience ever with this company. They fetched my entire house contents from Johannesburg on the 27th of June with half payment made and was supposed to deliver within 5 to 7 days and receive the balance of the payment.This did not happen after days and weeks of following up 3 weeks later they arrive and demand the balance payment in full saying everything was on the truck and they will only offload with immediate payment. Full immediate payment was made and after the truck was off loaded we saw half my stuff was missing and up till today we have not received it more than a month later. Washington is very dishonest,rude and arrogant with constant excuses and lies. I contacted Osley who was also very rude and arrogant with no help at all. Collins is the driver who fetched my goods in Johannesburg and also the one who brought the half of my goods to Cape Town so he is also responsible for being dishonest.This company needs to shut down as they are a bunch of ******* and ****s who take advantage of people.
