Very bad and recless moving company

This company did my move from pta to cape town. I arranged for bigger truck ect. My move was done eventualy after being hours late snd waiting a whole day. We had to get a second truck same size as the first truck. 2 8 tonners.we actualy messured them. When my furniture arrived at my cape town adress the squized everythin into 1 truck literlay one meter bigger now u an imagine..... 80% of my furniture damaged. All my glass wear broken..... i sent photos last week as i paid 24300 for the move and that included insurance shpuld damages occure well i actualy didnt think i would even need it as i have ued thesr company before. Well now since i sent the ohotos and emails. I have had no response. Im stuck with damaged furniture had to replace all my kitchen wear over the weekend as all my boxes was squashed and thats how everything broke. They kate they dont care about u as a client or if ur items gets damaged or not. Since my emails and photos and complaint no one has bothered to assist me
