Unreliable furniture movers

Excuss Logistics was supposed to move all my belongings from Pretoria to Barberton on 7 December 2020. First of all, I reived a call from one of their drivers on Sunday morning 6 December telling me that he is on his way to load my stuff and he is on his way from Polokwane. I corrected him and told him that I am only on Monday 7 December. Comming Monday morning no truck arrived. After phoning the company I was told that nobody rescheduled a truck to load my furniture on the 7th as per my initial request but I must be patient they are reorganizing and will send a truck later the day, which never happened because the were there were no truck available. The manager promised that a truck will be sent to my house at oçlock on Tuesday morning. Comming 8 am no truck in sight. I phoned the office and was told that the truck is delayed and will arrive by 10 am. Comming 10 am still no truck. I phoned the manager again and was told that the truck will be at my address by 12 noon because it is coming from Secunda. I cannot trust these people anymore because they are *************. I am supposed to evacuate my house for the new owners to move in and they must evacuate their house for new owners as well. I will never recommend this company to anybody planning to move.
