I had the privilege of dealing with Promise at Excuss Logistics and boy oh boy did he exceed expectations!

From the moment I engaged him, to some complications to the actual move, the service I received together with pricing, flexibility and communication was at a level that I did not expect. I underestimated how many things I really had to move and his team cleared with me that an additional trip would need to be done, first allowed me to have a conversation and approve the additional trip and only charged me for the actual space used on the truck ! No *********** or nothing.

The special care that the team took to protect my items during the move was truly commendable as I have had some pretty shocking experiences and have heard the horror stories from friends.
