Firstly they arrive with a way too small truck. Why draft an inventory list if it is not used to get the correct truck size?

Then they claim that they need to load items not on the list and demand more money to load the "extra" items.

They damaged some furniture.

When not giving them more money, they left with some furniture and left the rest of the other items still at the old place. Had to rent a new vehicle to get the items moved.

Now they demand more money to get the ****** items back.

Already opened a case of theft.

Do not ever be fooled to use these so-called logistics company. It's more an Excuse than Excuss.
