They claim to provide insurance but it's only an marketing stunt

My patio furniture was damaged during my move and Excuss is not taking responsibility for it. They are not answering my phone calls or emails. They tell me the driver said the furniture was perfect when he offloaded, a case of he said, she said. Don't use them, they also quoted me 6 men to offload and only 4 turned up. They'll promise you anything to get the business but it's all empty promises!!!!
