THEFT & DAMAGED GOODS DISGUSTING SERVICE

<p>This company EXCUSS LOGISTICS / BULL RUN REMOVALS i have refered time and time over in the times i have refered them i have noticed they quote you on one thing and send another agree to a price with a certain ton truck and send you a smaller truck . Some things a person can over look but when it comes to theft im sorry this can not be tolirated .We used this company ourselfs they quoted a 6 ton sent a 4 ton i had to make mulitple trips there after to collect the balnce . My son had left his riding gear in the cupboard and when he got home he noticed that his samsung Gear S2 was gone when calling Amos / Paul T from this company he laughed . it was arranged that the payment get made on the friday due to the company relocating me and making the payment therefore after complaing about the service to him and the theft anf the damaged goods he laughed and said he was coming to fetch his money . NO kidding he was at the gate causing a scence shouting creeming on top of his voice he want s his money . security was sent through and before you know it there was 4 security vehicles and with in a hour SAPS . They tried calming down the scene but he was just not intrested they police left and he started again eventualy to make this man go away we paid him and claimed it back from the company . On top of it all he brought Three guys with him who he said where the guys that moved us they wherent a person would reconise them . He said he has insurance for damaged goods and theft . Really what a lie . After ecerything and us chasing him off the property we later received a sms From him appologising that he was sorry and he over reacted . he can shove his appology he brought race into it and hasnt bothered investigating the damaged goods and stolon goods . PLEASE I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY . We on top of it have video footage of the incodent </p>
