The worst arrogant service post them getting business from me

I recently moved from Pretoria to Blairgowrie (Randburg). Prior to me contracting the company, their representative called Washington consistently called me even after hours to secure the business. I told him I had already settled for another company and he pleaded with me to give them the business and gave me same quote as the other company. My husband asked me to give them a chance after Washington spoke to him. On the day of the move, the team arrived and when they did my other TV was plugged and playing while the other was already packed and ready. So they asked me to switch it off so they can bubble wrap it which I did right there in their presence. They wrapped the TV together with the glass tables and I was asked to pay extra for the bubble wrap which I gladly did. While they were loading I was inside the apartment supervising what should go and by the time everything was out. I went downstairs to check progress and when I got there they had already loaded stuff and closed the truck. On my way upstairs I picked two of the rubber bands rings that secures the dinner table on the floor. Fortunately that happened in front of one of the guys. I gave them the bands and asked them to make sure that all four of them are there. Upon arrival while offloading they couldn't find one of the rings my husband called me to inform me. I took it lightly. So I got home very late that day after cleaning the other place so I went straight to bed. The following day I was still tired so I didn't unpack most things however I plugged the TV that they wrapped and to my surprise the TV had a white strip on the right side cutting off the screen and it flickered. Something it didn't do when they wrapped and loaded it. My husband then made Washington aware of this and he didn't respond.
