Terrible Service
This company loaded my furniture in East London on the 7th of January & they promised to off load them on the 11th. Today's the 16th and they are still giving me excuses. Terrible service & poor communication from them. I've been calling them all week. I've asked their sales consultant Promise Nyati to give his managers details or ask him to call me to no avail. Never ever use this unprofessional company.

18 Jan 2022, 19:45Even after my complaint on the 16, the company has not bothered to call or email me. I'm a forgotten client. My kids school report & transfer letters are with them. Bunch of *****, driver Edward says he's in Calitzdorp & will be in Cape Town the following day. When I check with him today he's in George. How can he be moving back with my stuff. My sales consultant Promise Nyathi is no longer keeping his promises. He doesn't even bother to reply to my WhatsApps. I'm done with this company that is soo poorly run.
