Terrible experience - would not recommend!

They were late repeatedly with no explanation or reason of why this was the case. They couldn't even bother to come up with excuses for why they were almost a week late. They didn't inform me that it would be late and I was constantly having to chase after them. Most of the time, they didn't seem to have any clue of what was going on (e.g. telling me my boxes would arrive as the drivers were already in Cape Town but I needed the delivery in JHB). The customer service was terrible and I was consistently dismissed on phone calls when I tried to complain about poor service.
