POOR SERVICE. One of the WORST companies. If you know what's good for you, don't use this company.

I would not reccomend this company to anyone who wants to move in city our simply relocate to another province. This is by far one of the worst moving companies I have ever dealt with. They are so quick to demand an upfront payment and even when you pay them on time their service is really poor. They collected my items late, kept them in storage and delivered my items two weeks after the agreed date. Because of their poor service, I was left homeless without my items and ended up paying an extra four thousand for account while I waited for my items to arrive. You'd send countless WhatsApp messages to Promise and he'd either not reply at all or only respond after a day. You'd call the company to find out when your items will arrive and they give you excuses or they simply did not answer their calls. I had called so many times and for three days straight they kept saying the truck was still in one city. I would even express how stressful it is given they did not meet their end of the bargain which impacted me financially and was left temporarily homeless. I had never undergone so much stress and anxiety because of a company's poor service which left me temporarily homeless. Even when they delivered the goods, some of them were mildly damaged. Please don't use this company if you're thinking of moving or relocating to another province. You'll regret it.
