Poor communication

While the consultant I dealt with was great, the driver did not confirm his departure time from Gauteng to KZN as we agreed the previous day stating that he needs to confirm the time with his office. He called me about 2 hours before reaching my delivery address in KZN to ask me how far I was so I could come receive the delivery....meanwhile I was still in Gauteng. The rest is history.
