Please Don't Trust Them With Your Home Contents They Just Don't Care

Original Quote was not honoured. Our household contents were left behind, on the street, because the truck was full. They did not make any arrangements to collect what was left behind. To date, we have not yet received our goods. We requested for an insurance claim and have not yet heard from Excuse Logistics. The collection date and delivery date was not honoured, goods were put in storage at an additional charge at our expense. Upon arrival of our personal belongings, half the contents were damaged, broken or missing.
