No respect for others property

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Rather spend the extra money and use the bigger companies that have a good reputation. They do not have their own trucks everything is outsourced, so that promise they make about getting your stuff to u on time forget it. They also don't bother to update u about any delays they wait until you phone repeatedly before anyone bothers to get back to u. Also pack all your stuff so you know exactly how many boxes etc before you request a quotation, anything extra they add a couple of extra thousand rand onto that quotation and won't deliver before u have paid and even if u have paid you still won't get your things on time. When you do eventually get your things, its damaged. Boxes are wet and bust open cause its been thrown around, furniture is damaged and you can forget about getting any response on that. I had a missing item which they still haven't bothered to get back to me about, also don't expect them to fix anything they broke as they tell you, you can claim from their insurance but guess what you as the customer have to pay the excess on their insurance for the things that their staff has damaged. The truck that eventually delivered my things doesn't even have a valid licence disc anymore... Will most definitely rather use the bigger companies and pay more for that peace of mind to know that I get my things on time and in one piece.
