Never pitched for the move as agreed

So my dad had to move from one frail care facility to another on 30 April. Spoke to Linda via email, received a quote and accepted the quote. A week before the move, I phoned Linda and she confirmed all is good and the truck will be there at 9h. Then 11h. Then we have to speak to the driver. I just spoken to Linda and she is going to find out what’s going on. We gave up and will make another plan.

Linda, I am UTTERLY disappointed in you and your company. False promises. And put me in a terrible predicament!! I will certainly not recommend using them. Ever. And Linda, hope you have a sleepless night because you deserve it!!
