Moving from Polokwane to Jeffreys bay

<p>We arranged with excuss logistics in Randburg to move our furniture on the second of April to Jeffreys bay. They gave us a quotation of R12000 with a R90000 insurance and we needed to pay a deposit of R1400. On Saturday 1 April 2017 Ashley the lady of excuss logistics phoned about 13h00 stating they did not receive the payment I went through bank account and saw the payment did not go through then tried to do the payment with a deposit at nedbank ATM but that did not work, and they agreed that I give the money to the driver but the Ashley said they will be sending a a 4 ton truck to move a 2 bedroom house my husband told her to rather leave the move because it is impossible to move a house hold furniture with a 4 ton truck. She came back to us and said she will send a 8 ton truck but that will cost us R3000 extra we agreed. On Sunday morning they arrived at our house and ons again the drive said there is more boxes and half way packing excuss logistics phone demanding anther R3000. My husband told them to off load the truck we are not interested in using their service but they said ok pay a extra R1000 and its a deal. Needless to say the still left of our furniture that could not fit in the truck that we had to give away at that point. They left with our furniture and 2 hours later excuss logistics phoned my husband and demanded that R3000 be paid in immediately or we don't get our furniture. We told them we are not paying a sent until our furniture arrive in Jeffreys bay. On our way from Polokwane to my husband received an other phone call now they demanded we pay R8000 immediately my husband said no and excuss logistics said that they have given their truck driver instructions to go to Randburg. The Monday we tryed to get our furniture but they kept on laughing at my husband we decided to drive to their offices only to find out that it is a false address on their website. We drove around asking people if they knew anything about this company and we eventually found a man that knew a man that mite beable to tell us where they are. Got to the address Oakfield shopping center there the owner refused to show us where they are but my husband convinced him to take him to their office on the second floor. They were very surprised when my husband walked through the door. We told them we are not interested to use their services to move our furniture to Jeffreys bay we hired a grauge to store our funiture .and we played them R8000 to deliver in Benoni. When they delivered our furniture it was damaged. They said that they will fix it with the insurance on Tuesday 18 April 2017 they now wanted a R6000. For the insurance I asked excuss logistics that this was not stipulated on the quotation, they rep**** that we just want money. I asked them if they are going to send a assessor to asses the damage they said the insurance do not send out a assessor. I said this is the first insurance company that I hear of that don't send a assessor, but that they are ********s and I will expose them. 1 minute after we finished the telephonic conversation the lady call Ashley from excuss logistics phones my husband to know when we will be available for a assessor to come and asses. Since Tuesday we have not receive a phone call or an email.</p>
