Move from hell

I received several quotes and accepted one from Excuss Logistics.

NEVER USE Excuss Logistics or their sister company, Bulls Removals.

The details are as follows:

Excuss Logistics sent me a quote for the move based on my inventory, which I paid.
Later they said the payment was short as I specified that there is a shelf that needs hoisting and a bed that needs assembling. I indicated that I am not going to make the extra payment as I have already moved a few items on the inventory myself and we can see after the move how much extra effort that hoisting and assembling was.
Excuss Logistics was supposed to pitch at 9h00. They never pitched. I phoned the driver several times and he never answered.
I phoned the office several timed before they answered. Lettie, their booking lady, said she did not know where the truck was and she will find out. I phoned her again an hour later and she still did not know.
Pursuant to that phone call, I called Lettie more than 20 times on both her cell and office number, she never answered.
I had to leave the site as this stage and started moving some smaller items myself.
Only at 12h00 Lettie phoned me and told me their truck broke and she will arrange a new one that will be there at 13h00, from their sister company, Bulls Removals, who I coincidentally also received a quote from.
The truck only arrived at 16h00 without a key for the truck. We had to saw the lock of off.
The movers had very little experience in moving, they threw all my boxes, and stacked my furniture very impractical, a lot of furniture was damaged.
The truck was too small and not nearly all my items fit and had to be left behind, which I again had to move myself.
Lettie said I should have known to get a bigger truck. But I sent a full inventory as well as the exact locations! It is not my responsibility as the client to know how big the truck should be, it is the moving company.
The movers did not know how to assemble the bed, even though it was extremely simple, so a friend of mine had to do it. They also did not bring any gear to hoist the shelf and my friend had to help it get done.
Lettie phoned me later to say they have underquoted me. The audacity! I cannot believe there are people like that that are not ashamed of such behaviour. If she made a mistake, that is their mistake to take responsibility for, not made, especially in light of what they had already put me through. I was very stressed about the time already and tired from moving so many things myself and then they want more money! It is disgraceful.
I had to drive 6 times to move the items the movers could not. My furniture is damaged, and the truck was so old it could not turn properly, they damaged the roof of a parking in my complex.
When the move from hell, that was 7 hours late, was completed at 20h00 that evening, the drivers did not leave as Lettie told them I have not paid. It took another 20 min of arguing and checking POP to show the driver that I had paid and that Lettie is lying.
I spoke to her over the phone as well. She had no comprehension of their absolute appalling service and the fact that I had to move so many things myself and that they were 7 hours late, and that they were *********** movers. She just wanted more money and was extremely rude about it.

Is was the worst move I have ever had. Keeping in mind I have much experience, having moved 24 times. This was truly the move from hell with the most horrible people that treat their clients horridly. I hope no one ever uses their services and have to go through what I did.
