I found them on Facebook and dealt directly with the owner, Osley, who was professional, responsive, and open to negotiation. He sent a clear quote, contract, and terms upfront. On moving day, I was very anxious, but the team arrived on time at 9 a.m. and immediately put me at ease. The driver, Delight, and his teammate, Farai, were kind, efficient, and had everything packed in 30 minutes. Nothing was damaged, and we arrived at my new apartment on schedule. They even went above and beyond by helping set up appliances and fixing my washing machine. Osley followed through with great professionalism, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
