Furnisher Delivery

I phoned Excuss truck hire for a shared load moving all my furnisher from Cape Town to Bela Bela. The truck came on the 20th of Feb put stickers on everything and left without loading everything. Original quote was R5500 they added another R1800. No mentioning of srorage. Furnisher was in srorage. I was never phoned to be kept updated. Everytime I phoned there is a differerent excuse. Now phones just rings. I had to pay pro rata for them to keep my house for a week. We are living in a guest house for a week as our beds are on the truck.
